The ability to Schedule different types of interviews between client and consultant. Experience with recruitment processes and databases. Maintaining good relationship with clients / implementations -For Manager and Account Managers Hands on experience in recruiting strategies. Excellent communication skills. Working experience using portals and maintaining ATS. Aggressively scouting for quality candidates and building interview pipelines for all the assigned technical requirements daily. Expertly managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for positions assigned. (Source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers) working knowledge of employment with different clients like Finance, Healthcare and Private and Public sectors. Recruiter Responsibilities : Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Knowledge on completing paperwork for new hires. Providing recruitment submission reports to team Manager or HR.
