Mortgage Underwriters! Position Summary : As Mortgage Underwriter you will be verifying loan applications and reviewing all 4 Cs, evaluating risks, and making loan eligibility decisions. Qualifications Education: Bachelors in any stream. Experience: 1+ year of mandatory experience in US Mortgage. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Experienced mortgage professional with 1+ year with US mortgage underwriting. Has a complete understanding of Conventional, FHA and VA underwriting guidelines. Has working knowledge of real estate lending criteria and federal, state, and agency compliance. Strong organization and verbal and written communications skills. Mortgage Closing! Position Summary: As a Mortgage Closing associate you will be preparing closing disclosure, preparing loan closing packages, communicating with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and in compliance with legal regulations. Qualifications Education: Bachelors in any stream. Experience: 1+ year of mandatory experience in US Mortgage Closing. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Experienced mortgage professional with 1+ year in US Mortgage as a Mortgage Closer. • Ability to make mortgage calculations accurately. • Has a complete understanding of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac (FNMA/FHLMC) servicing. • Has working knowledge of real estate lending criteria and federal, state, and agency compliance. • Strong organization and verbal and written communications skills.
