Job Title: US Onboarding HR Manager Location: Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bangalore Experience: 8+ Years Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 6.30 pm IST to 3.30 pm IST Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Onboarding HR Manager with over 8+ years of expertise inj integrating new employees, including ICs (Independent Contractors) and W-2 employees, into our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of onboarding best practices, compliance with employment laws, and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for new hires. Objectives of the Role Facilitate Smooth Transitions: Ensure new employees have the necessary information and resources for a successful transition into the company. Develop Comprehensive Programs: Create and implement onboarding programs that reflect the company's values and culture. Conduct Orientation Sessions: Provide new hires with an overview of the company's policies and client expectations. Serve as Point of Contact: Address questions and concerns from new hires, managing the onboarding process effectively. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Ensure Compliance: Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other necessary documentation. Monitor Integration: Track the progress of new employees, identify challenges, and provide support as needed. Key Responsibilities Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing materials. Orientation Sessions: Conduct sessions to introduce new hires to the company's, policies, and procedures. Onboarding Activities: Schedule and coordinate activities, providing guidance and support to new hires throughout the process. Paperwork Completion: Assist new hires with completing necessary paperwork, including employee forms, benefits enrollment, and IC compliance survey. Compliance: Ensure all legal and administrative compliance is followed during the onboarding process. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in onboarding and recruitment with a proven track record of successful onboarding processes. Knowledge: Strong understanding of onboarding best practices, HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously. Adaptability: Ability to accommodate the diverse needs and backgrounds of new employees.
