Job Title: US Payroll Processor Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US Working Hours) Experience: 1–3 years in US Payroll Processing About Cambrean CPAs: Cambrean CPAs is a family-run accounting firm, providing full-service bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and business support to small and mid-sized businesses. We are currently looking for a US Payroll Processor to join our Vadodara team and be part of our mission to provide accurate, reliable, and efficient payroll services. What You’ll Do: Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for Cambrean CPAs’ US-based clients Use platforms like Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks, or Paychex to run payroll and manage employee data Ensure accurate calculations for wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and tax withholdings Maintain payroll records in compliance with federal and state laws Coordinate with US-based team members and clients to resolve any payroll-related issues Assist with year-end payroll tasks such as W-2s, 1099s, and tax filings Stay updated on US payroll regulations, multi-state compliance, and tax code changes What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US payroll processing Familiarity with major payroll software Strong understanding of payroll compliance and multi-state tax rules Strong written and spoken English communication Ability to work Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST What You’ll Get: Competitive salary Hybrid schedule (office and work-from-home opportunity) Friendly and supportive team based in both India and the US Cambrean CPAs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
