The ideal candidate will have the aptitude and drive to identify, screen, engage, scheduling interviews and place qualifying candidates for different Healthcare positions.They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Location: Hyderabad No: of positions: 20 Requirements: Excellent communication skills which include listening, verbal, and writing skills. Ability to achieve individual as well as team targets. Must possess a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and willingness to learn. Work with our clients to build a vision for their Business Intelligence strategy. Knowledge of ATS is a plus. Knowledge of Ceipal would be an advantage. Provide technical support to our customers as and when needed. Knowledge of sourcing from portals like Career builder, indeed, LinkedIn etc. is a plus. Experience: 1-4 years. Candidates with US BPO can apply Annual CTC: Commensurate with experience Job Timing: US Shift (Evening 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST) Start Date: Immediate Week off: Saturday Sunday
