Job Location: Remote (Preferably located in South Tamilnadu) Salary & Benefits: We offer basic salary + Incentive plan( 1Month of basic salary for every Successful Placement ) + Yearly bonus(1st Quarter) Working hours: 5 days work/week Timezone / Shift: Full Time (EST 8am - 5pm Working Hours) Key Responsibilities: Responsible to recruit, interview, and place high-quality professionals in manufacturing and non-IT roles, such as engineering, logistics, and operations. Develop and execute comprehensive candidate marketing strategies using tools like Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to ensure successful placements. Manage and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders across manufacturing and non-IT sectors, ensuring alignment between candidate capabilities and client needs. Use Zoho CRM to manage client interactions, track account activities, and ensure client satisfaction by providing tailored recruitment solutions. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by leveraging Zoho Recruit for tracking, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sourcing, and ZoomInfo for accessing detailed candidate profiles and industry data. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit) to ensure all candidate and requisition information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Requirement : Have 3+ years in US Non-IT sales recruitment. Have experience in working with Direct client and we don't work in MSP model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members. Experience in managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction through personalized, industry-specific recruitment strategies. Strong experience with Zoho Recruit for candidate tracking, Zoho CRM for client relationship management, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for candidate sourcing, and ZoomInfo for in-depth market research and data analysis. Proven experience in evaluating candidates for roles in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and other non-IT sectors. Must have knowledge of all United States tax terms (like W2, 1099, and corp-to-corp). Strong experience in business development, client management, client , penetration, account mapping, and sales. Willing to work at US time EST (8.00AM to 5.00PM).
