Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales in target industries (hospitality, real estate, construction, infrastructure) across US markets. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Conduct product demos, client presentations, and proposal negotiations with a consultative sales approach. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure customer success and feedback alignment. Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and activities in the CRM system . Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust sales tactics. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in one or more relevant sectors: hospitality, real estate, construction, or infrastructure. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience selling services or tech platforms is a plus. Comfortable working in US time zones (Night Shift IST) and handling international clients.
