Job Description: Job Title: UI/UX Designer Experience Required : 4 to 6 Years Work Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid) Shift Timings : 11 AM – 8 PM / 2 PM – 11 PM IST Working Days : Tuesday & Thursday (Mandatory Onsite) + 1 additional day as needed Interview Rounds : 2 Interview Mode : Virtual Assessment : 1 design test (post-L1), 48-hour turnaround Weekend Support : Not required (except rare occasions) Key Responsibilities: Engage in requirement discussions with stakeholders. Design wireframes, prototypes, and final UI aligned with product goals. Develop intuitive and engaging digital product experiences (mobile/web). Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation. Provide and incorporate constructive feedback during design reviews. Must-Have Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Expertise in Figma for UX design. Proficiency with inVision , Principle , and Adobe Creative Suite . Hands-on with latest design/prototyping tools . Good to Have: Understanding of Agile – Scrum methodologies. Experience designing micro-interactions and animations . Certification from reputed institutes (e.g., HFI or Nielsen Norman Group ). Preferred Experience: Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design for digital products (preferably B2B). Solid portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design skills. Familiarity with native behaviors of iOS, Android, and responsive web standards. Strong time management and ability to deliver quality under deadlines. Additional Notes: Portfolio link or attachment is mandatory while sharing profiles.
