Job Description

Must have skills: Strong Experience in UX Design of Enterprise Applications on multiple devices In-depth knowledge of Usability principles and best practices in UX Design Ability to Lead UX for a product independently and mentor juniors in team to understand and translate business requirements into intuitive User Experiences Ability to conduct User Research and Usability Testing Creation and maintenance of Enterprise Design Systems for future scalability Support the development and Testing team in PDLC End to end responsibility from Design to UX Review to UX Sign off Conduct Heuristic Evaluations and report findings with suggestion for improvement Ability to articulate design clearly with very good communication skills Knowledge of UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD Good to have skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS Awareness of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Polymere etc Vector Graphics Design – Icons and other scalable graphics Understanding of Accessibility guidelines and how to apply them Disclaimer: EdgeVerve Systems does not engage with external manpower agencies or charge any fees from candidates for recruitment.
