Job Title: User Experience Designer II Location: Bangalore Duration: 8 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Job Description : The top 3 responsibilities: Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings Champion customer insights and design best practices while collaborating with your partners in product and engineering, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization Work across multiple organizations to identify overlaps and efficiencies in design and product thinking Work on multiple projects concurrently while handling different types of design requests Iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual designs Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products Perform metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts Leadership Principles: Customer obsession, Bias for action and Insist on highest standards Mandatory Requirements: At least 5+ years of experience in UX design-Must Have: (Mandatory) TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
