User Experience Designer

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end UX/UI design process: from discovery, research, user interviews, and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI/semantic modeling experts to translate complex technical concepts (e.g., composable capability graphs, decision simulation engines) into usable, engaging interfaces.Create design solutions that bridge human interaction with AI-powered decision-making systems, emphasizing transparency, governance, traceability, and composability.Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns tailored for a data-rich, simulation-driven enterprise platform.Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.Advocate for user-centered design in a highly technical, B2B environment, balancing stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, and business goals. Required Qualifications5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design, with at least 3 years focusing on enterprise SaaS, B2B, or platform design.Proven ability to design for complex data systems, dashboards, or multi-layered workflows.Strong portfolio demonstrating projects from discovery to prototype, with clear articulation of problem-solving and design impact.Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain design decisions confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (InVision, Principle).Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, design handoff workflows) is a plus.
