Mission of User Insights: To build a data-driven, first-principle-based user research and insights function that discovers, dissects, documents, and disseminates actionable insights to exceed user expectations and guide decision-making while fostering a user-centric organization. Workstreams You Will Own (Like a Boss! ) Research: Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, usability tests, interviews, and surveys to uncover actionable insights. Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to align strategies with user insights. Synthesis: Transform findings into compelling narratives, personas, and frameworks to guide product development. Improvement: Build scalable research processes and stay updated on trends and tools.
