Job Title: Telecaller- Fundraiser Location: Mulund/Bhandup, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller - Fundraiser to join our fundraising team at Utkarsh Global Foundation. As a Telecaller - Fundraiser, your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing and potential donors, build relationships, and encourage contributions to support the NGO's various initiatives. You will play a key role in raising vital funds by making daily calls and ensuring a positive donor experience. Key Responsibilities: -Donor Engagement: Make outbound calls to current and potential donors to discuss ongoing projects, share information about the NGO's initiatives, and request donations. -Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors by answering their queries, providing regular updates, and showing appreciation for their contributions. -Pitching & Fundraising: Communicate effectively to encourage donors to make one-time or recurring donations by sharing impact stories and how their contributions will help the cause. -Database Management: Accurately record donor information and feedback in the CRM system after each call, ensuring the database is kept up to date. -Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets as set by the Fundraising Manager. -Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls and send thank-you messages or emails to donors after receiving donations, enhancing donor retention. -Reporting: Prepare and submit daily call and fundraising reports to the Fundraising Manager. -Feedback Collection: Obtain donor feedback to help improve the organization's fundraising approaches and donor engagement strategies.
