Job Description As a UTS Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user experiences, meet rigorous testing standards, and receive ongoing support. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to various aspects of product development and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities User Experience (UX) Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Gather and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Testing Participate in manual testing of software products. Assist in writing and executing test cases to identify defects and ensure product quality. Work closely with developers to understand and resolve issues. Support Provide first-level support to customers by responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues. Document common issues and their resolutions to help improve support processes. Collaborate with the product team to suggest enhancements based on customer feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields. Basic understanding of UX principles, software testing methodologies, and customer support practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
