Job Description

UI/UX Designer Key Responsibilities Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide the design process Design intuitive navigation systems, user flows, and interaction patterns Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into design solutions Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization Qualifications Any Bachelors degree or diploma Any relevant qualifications related to UI/UX Design preferred Required 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design Proficient in Figma as the primary design tool Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for inclusivity Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to give and receive constructive feedback Preferred Experience with design systems and component libraries Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals Experience with animation and interaction design Background in user research methodologies Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
