UX Designer + BA+ Testing & QA

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile professional who specializes in UX design while also possessing skills in software testing and business analysis. This role requires hands-on expertise with tools like Sketch and Photoshop for UI/UX design, the ability to understand and document business requirements, and strong experience in writing and executing test cases for both UI and functionality testing of developed features. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as the candidate will be responsible for documentation, requirement analysis, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities 1. UX Design (Primary Responsibility) a. Design user interfaces, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Sketch, Photoshop, and other UX tools. b. Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into intuitive and visually appealing designs. c. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback. 2. Testing & Quality Assurance a. Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and UI tests for features developed by the coding team. b. Identify bugs, document defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution. c. Validate that new features meet business requirements and perform well across devices/browsers. d. Perform end-to-end testing to ensure smooth user experience and system functionality. 3. Business Analysis & Documentation a. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. b. Prepare detailed functional specifications, workflows, and wireframes. c. Write comprehensive test cases aligned with business requirements and product features. d. Ensure smooth communication between design, development, and QA teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. UX Design: Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, and other UI/UX tools. 2. Testing: Experience in functional and UI testing of developed features, writing test cases, and tracking defects. 3. Business Analysis: Ability to gather and document requirements in detail. 4. Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills for documentation and coordination. 5. Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify usability and functional gaps in software. 6. Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools. 2. Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar. 3. Familiarity with APIs and backend testing concepts is a plus. 4. Background in working with software development teams in UX, BA, or QA roles.
