UX Designer

About the Role: Were looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, youll play a critical part in shaping seamless, user-friendly digital experiences for our customers. If youve spent time in a D2C environment, understand fast-moving consumer behavior, and are excited about creating intuitive interfaces, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to define and execute UX strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gain actionable insights. Translate complex user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Use data and feedback to iterate and improve designs post-launch. Maintain a user-centric design approach while balancing business needs and technical constraints. Requirements: 1-2 years of professional UX design experience, with a strong portfolio of web/mobile projects. At least 6 months of experience working in a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) company. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility. Experience conducting and applying findings from user research. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have: Exposure to A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Experience working in agile teams. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
