Job Title: UX Designer (Responsive Design, Figma) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience Level: Mid-level (3 -5 years) Employment Type: Full-Time Position: UX Designer (Responsive Design, Figma) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to collaborate with our product, development, and marketing teams to create engaging, intuitive, and responsive designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-quality, responsive user interfaces and experiences using Figma, ensuring that our digital products provide seamless experiences across all devices and platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and create intuitive, user-friendly, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Use Figma to design high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and mockups for responsive layouts across multiple screen sizes and devices. Analyze and document the information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns of the existing application Recreate all user interface elements and screens in Figma with pixel-perfect accuracy Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff of design assets, ensuring designs are implemented accurately. Organize screens and components using Figma's design system capabilities (styles, components, variants) Ensure responsive design principles are applied appropriately for multiple device sizes. Conduct user research, including usability testing, to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs. Create and maintain a consistent design system to ensure a unified user experience across all touch points. Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver designs that meet business goals and user needs. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies related to UX/UI and responsive design. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a focus on responsive design. • • • • Proficiency in Figma, including design, prototyping, and collaboration features. Strong visual design skills with attention to detail in typography, spacing, and color. Ability to reverse-engineer UX patterns and workflows from existing applications Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including component creation, auto layout, and design system management. • Strong portfolio showcasing responsive design work for web and mobile applications. • • • Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies. Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles is a plus. Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to create designs that balance aesthetics and functionality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts. Preferred Skills: Experience with design systems and component libraries. Knowledge of animation and interaction design. Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design/prototyping tools. Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
