UX Developer (Salesforce)

Job Description

- 4-8 years of experiences in: User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Visual Design or related fields in the design of multiple device types including web and mobile applications. Creation of IA documents such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user stories, personas, high quality visuals and other user-centric documentation. Salesforce Service-Cloud: Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration limits and user experience considerations. - Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, product managers, engineers, and solution architects. Expert level knowledge of user interface design guidelines and standards. - Fluent with Lean Innovation like Lean canvas, Design Thinking Tools, Journey Maps, storyboarding, sketching, low and high-fidelity mock-ups and wireframes. - Takes ownership of the design and works closely and effectively both with the broader UX team and the Product Management and Engineering leaders. Soft Skills: Strong communicator and presenter; works well in fast-paced and iterative environments. Education: B Des./M. Des/ Bachelors/Masters in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors or related field from IIT/NID or other top Design schools. Nice to Have: Salesforce UX Designer certification.
