This role involves overseeing product formulation, ensuring regulatorycompliance, optimizing manufacturing processes, and aligning product strategies with marketdemands.Key Responsibilities:Product Development & Innovation Lead the formulation and development of biologicals (biofertilizers, biostimulants,biopesticides) and agricultural nutrition products. Collaborate with R&D teams to drive innovation based on market trends and agronomicresearch. Ensure product efficacy through field trials and laboratory testing. Develop sustainable and eco-friendly solutions in line with industry advancements.Manufacturing & Operations Oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and costoptimization. Implement best practices in fermentation, extraction, and blending technologies. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure raw material availability and productionscalability.Regulatory & Compliance Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (EPA, ISO, OMRI, etc.). Oversee product registrations, safety standards, and certifications. Maintain documentation for audits, quality control, and regulatory approvals.Market Strategy & Business Growth Work closely with sales and marketing teams to define product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.
