Role & responsibilities The candidate should be a Company Secretary with 20 plus years of experience.He/she should be responsible for the following:- 1. Compliances under corporate laws for group companies, more particularly, under the Companies Act and Rules, FEMA, IPR Laws, LODR;2. Compliance related to raising of loan, documentation thereto, creation of security, creation and satisfaction of charge;3. Issue of security through Private Placement or otherwise and compliance thereof;4. Dematerialisation of security;5. Redemption of debentures and compliance thereof;6. FEMA compliance for FDI and ODI;7. Carrying out of Mergers/ Amalgamation;8. Obtaining and renewal of Trademarks and matters related thereto;9. Responsible for the periodic compliances under corporate laws;10. Update the management with regulatory changes and other significant developments;11. Represent the company and act in the good faith on corporate law matters as approved by the management;12. Other secretarial Compliance as directed by the management or otherwise.

Role & responsibilities 1.Conduct and support the Board meeting, Committee meetings and General meetings.2. Necessary form filing with ROC3. Keeping up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the Company4. Managing the Company's meetings including board and shareholders meeting.5. Liaising with external auditors, regulators and other stakeholders as required

Role & responsibilities Candidate should have 15 to 20 years of experience in Real Estate. MEP Design/Execution experience is must. MEP designing, detailing & project coordination for residential, commercial and Infra projects. Preparing reports, estimation & final desired analysis as per IS codes.Review and check site execution in line with design time to time.Coordination with other work.
