Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman to manage all business meetings, oversee key tasks, and ensure smooth execution of the Chairmans responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to handle high-level decision-making support.Key Responsibilities:Business Meetings & SchedulingManage the Chairmans calendar, schedule business meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for meeting preparations.Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings.Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action points for execution.Business Operations & Task ManagementOversee key business activities and ensure smooth execution of tasks assigned by the Chairman.Act as a bridge between the Chairman and various departments to ensure alignment on objectives.Handle critical projects, monitor deadlines, and provide strategic support in decision-making.Follow up on important tasks and ensure accountability from responsible teams.Communication & CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and executives, clients, and stakeholders.Draft emails, reports, and business correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.Ensure clear and timely communication within the organization.Travel & Logistics ManagementPlan and coordinate business travel, accommodations, and meeting schedules.Ensure all logistics and documentation for travel are in order.Confidentiality & DocumentationHandle highly sensitive and confidential business information with discretion.Maintain organized records of agreements, reports, and business strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience as an EA to a Chairman.Strong business acumen with the ability to manage corporate affairs.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities efficiently.Preferred Skills:Experience in business operations, project management, and corporate governance.Understanding of financial reports, legal contracts, and strategic planning.Prior experience in a corporate or high-growth environment.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work closely with top leadership and contribute to strategic business decisions.Dynamic and fast-paced work environment with career growth opportunities.If you are a highly proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a leadership-support role, we invite you to apply!
