Job Description

Provide high-quality, cost-effective market data administrative support, including day to day administration, support, and vendor management activities related to Market Data and Research Services. Key Responsibilities Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for escalations related to vendor operational and invoices discrepancies, particularly in situations requiring immediate and/or one-on-one interactions with vendors and Business leaders. Negotiate optimal outcomes in the firm s best interests. Process & invoices against the inventory, determine cost centre allocations, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, and process through to approval. Manage and update an inventory of Market Data services and associated costs. Participate in budget review and forecasting activity in conjunction with NA and EMEA teams to facilitate submission to . Manage Contract Renewals & ensure completing on time. Work with LOBs & External vendor Manage 3rd party client system access, ensure end user access is recertified periodically, recorded as complete, and the inventory updated. Ensure compliance to our corporate vendor oversight obligations through EVMO adherence. Collaborate with team on audits, installations, and removal of services. Partner with team on system improvements, process enhancements, and ad-hoc projects as requested. Handle any service requests from client base and investigate across a variety of resources to identify answer or appropriate response. Ensure compliance to our corporate vendor oversight obligations through EVMO adherence Required Qualifications MBA with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills - will be required to liaise independently with multiple Business Owners, Legal, Vendors, Procurements & Senior leaders. At least 2 years of relevant Invoice processing & vendor management experience. Basic understanding of Procurement and Vendor Management concepts, Sourcing Commodity areas, and contractual terms & conditions. Exposure to working on ARIBA & Archer (Preferred) Demonstrated track record of influence, persuasion, and presentation skills, experience in conflict resolution. Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects as directed by leader(s). Proven ability to drive programs, projects, and every-day activities to completion on time and as expected. Self-motivated and able to work independently with occasional guidance & supervision. Candidates should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point presentations, Word. Preferred Qualifications MBA & equivalents 1-3 years working in a financial institution or similar industry. Account Payable & Invoice processing.
