Key Responsibilities: Vendor Selection & Onboarding Sourcing and Empaneling vendor Conduct due diligence including risk assessment, vendor background checks and references. Contract Management & Negotiation Lead contract negotiation with vendors to secure favorable terms, manage renewals and oversee contract compliance Vendor performance management Regularly monitor vendor performance, ensuring business continuity, quality deliverables and operation excellence. Develop and implement improvement plans for underperforming vendors and manage th escalation process Relationship management and strategic partnerships Cultivate strong vendor relationships to foster collaboration Collaborate with the internal team to understand business requirements and work with vendors to meet these needs. Contract/Vendor compliances
