Job Summary: As a Venue Manager with Weddingz (OYO), you will drive customer conversions, manage operations at venues, and ensure seamless execution of weddings and events. The role combines sales, operations, and stakeholder management , requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make 50+ daily calls to connect with incoming leads via the calling app and convert them into bookings. Achieve sales targets and drive profitability across assigned venues and product packages. Manage revenue flow through effective customer and venue owner relationships. Ensure smooth on-ground operations by coordinating with internal teams, venue staff, and vendors. Oversee successful execution of events and ensure top-tier customer experience. Execute customer contracts and sales bookings on behalf of the company. Optimize vendor partnerships by identifying and negotiating rates, following central team guidelines. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of B2C or inside sales experience (Hospitality/Event industry preferred but not mandatory) Fluent in English and local language (Marathi preferred for Mumbai region) Willingness to travel to assigned venues (travel reimbursements applicable) Must own a smartphone (Android v7 or above with call recording) – mobile allowance provided Must own a laptop – laptop allowance provided (subject to 100% collection completion) Preferably should have own conveyance (two-wheeler) Willing to work 6 days/week (Weekends working; weekly off on Monday) Compensation: Total CTC: Up to 6.0 LPA Fixed: 4.8 LPA Variable: 1.2 LPA (performance-linked) Travel Allowance: Up to 3,600/month Mobile Reimbursement: 600/month Laptop Allowance: 1,200/month (subject to 100% collection target) Why Join Us?
