Job Description

Promotes efficiency in the processing of customer applications by serving as a Second eye check to all the documents. Raises discrepancies in the customer application to the sourcing channels for rectification and compliance (if any). Executes and completes the allocated tasks assigned within the stipulated timelines to ensure TATs are met. Works efficiently towards the assigned tasks with accuracy and minimal error. Provides feedback to the concerned departments on the common errors identified. Maintains data on activities and provide regular MIS for review with Senior Management & Business as per requirements. Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year
