Job Title: Vertical Head – Decorative Lighting Location: Noida Salary: ₹6- ₹10 Lacs per annum About Us: We are a leading provider of luxury decorative lighting solutions, offering high-quality, bespoke lighting for prestigious projects across India. As part of our expansion into the NCR market, we seek a dynamic Sales Lead to drive sales in the region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in lighting sales, particularly with experience selling to lighting contractors and lighting brands. Intent of the Role: The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving growth in the Noida market by selling decorative lighting to lighting contractors, lighting brands, and other key stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities: · Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts in the Noida market, focusing on selling lighting solutions to contractors and lighting brands. Achieve and exceed sales targets through new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships. · Client Engagement: Actively engage with lighting contractors and brands, understand their project needs, and provide customized lighting solutions. Your goal is to ensure client satisfaction and close deals. · Market Expansion: Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the market share in Noida, positioning the company as a preferred partner for high-end lighting solutions. · Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and strong client loyalty. · Collaboration: Work closely with the design and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are executed seamlessly. · Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the lighting industry, using this knowledge to identify new opportunities in the market. Qualifications: · Minimum of 4-10 years of sales experience in the lighting industry. · Proven track record of selling to lighting contractors and brands, with strong sales achievements. · Strong client relationship management skills with a consultative approach to sales. · Ability to independently drive sales initiatives and work effectively with internal teams. · Experience in the Noida market is highly preferred.
