As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of both our amusement park and hotel services.Job Overview: We are looking for an Accounts Manager with a strong background in both the hotel industry and amusement park. This role is vital to managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring that all accounting records are accurate, timely, and compliant with industry standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of accounting practices specific to the hospitality and amusement sectors.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management: Oversee the daily financial activities for VGP Wonder Worlds amusement park and hotel operations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, providing insights into revenue, costs, and profitability for both the amusement park and hotel.Cost Control: Monitor and manage costs across both sectors, including tracking operational expenses, employee wages, inventory, and maintenance costs.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers, as well as efficient collection of receivables from guests and clients.Inventory & Cash Flow Management: Ovewith local with local and industry-specific tax regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation for audits, and ensuring proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
