Conduct vibration-based diagnostics and root cause analysis for rotating machinery. Experience in industries such as Paper, Steel, Cement, Chemical, Power, Refineries (e.g., ONGC), and Textiles. Validate real-world performance of our in-house vibration sensor by working closely with R&D and customers. Support AI/ML algorithm development by feeding diagnostic insights to data science teams. Perform comparative studies between our product and leading industry analyzers. Assist in troubleshooting customer installations and provide technical recommendations. Conduct field trials and technical demos to demonstrate the products advantages. Work cross-functionally with R&D, Business Development, and Manufacturing teams. Contribute to case studies, technical documentation, and customer training materials. Travel required for customer visits, field validation, and technical demos About the Role: We are developing innovative cloud-IoT-sensor and AI-based solutions for condition monitoring. Our next-generation vibration sensor, developed in-house, is competitive with high-end analyzers. This role is an opportunity for professionals with a CAT II or CAT III certification to move beyond traditional vibration analysis and step into cutting-edge industrial technology. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing diagnostic capabilities, validating AI-driven algorithms, and working with R&D to enhance predictive maintenance solutions. You will also interact with customers to validate and troubleshoot real-world industrial conditions. Who Should Apply? This role is ideal for CAT II or CAT III certified professionals looking to move beyond traditional service-based vibration analysis into a high-tech industrial role focused on next-generation solutions. Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in vibration-based diagnostics and industrial machine fault detection. Hands-on experience in Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) technologies. Experience with vibration analysis software and predictive maintenance tools. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and troubleshooting. Interest in AI/ML-driven diagnostics (Preferred). BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in CBM technologies. CAT II or CAT III certification (CAT III for senior role). Soft Skills: Driven, self-initiated, and takes ownership of projects. Bias for action and result-oriented mindset. Good communication skills to collaborate with customers, R&D, business development, and manufacturing teams.
