Role & responsibilities Position Overview We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Asset Management team as Vice President. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our mutual fund business through strategic relationships, product expertise and market insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand our mutual fund business Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams including investment and marketing to support sales efforts Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business Identify and pursue new business opportunities including expanding existing relationships and developing new ones Develop and deliver sales presentations, pitches, and other marketing materials Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity Requirements 15+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the asset management or financial services industry Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding business relationships Strong understanding of the mutual fund industry including products, trends, and regulations Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants and industry partners Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Postgraduate/ Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, economics, or business administration
