The R ole As VP – Fina nce, you will be a critical driver of the Company's financial strategy and transformation. You will lead the Accounting function across geographies, as well as the effort in making the Compa ny IPO-re ady, take ownership of investor relati ons, and play a strategic role in evaluating and executi ng M&A opportunit ies. Your leadership will ensure the financial strength, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness of the organizati on. Key Responsibili tiesLead Accounting in India as well as US, Singapore, Europe and South America- hands-on understanding Global and Accounting standards, as well as taxation and transfer pricing are crucial to this jobOversee global financial operatio ns: planning, reporting, compliance, taxa tion, and riskEnsure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions (India, USA) with strong governance structu res.Hands on understanding of SAP and its financial/accounting modules is a must have s killLead end-to- end IPO readi ness including financial audits, disclosures, and market position ing.Build and manage rob ust investor relat ions strategies to enhance market confide nce.Drive and supp ort M&A planning, valuation, and integration activi t ies.Leverage technologies l ike AI and blockc hain to enhance decision-making and data accuracy is a definite plusDevelop and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned with innovation and business go als. What We are Looking For:15+ years of senior financial leadershi p in manufacturing or industrial se c tors.Demonstrated experience in international finance in a listed company, IPO process, investor relations, M&A & treasury fun ctionCA certification req uired; additi onal CPA o r CFA prefe rred.Strong commercial mindset, hands-on leadership, and strategic agi lity.Proven ability to build scalable systems and empower global finance t eams.
