NEW OPPORTUNITY || IMMEDIATE TO 30 DAYS JOINERS REQUIRED || ABOUT POSITION VP Sales Growth Markets (West & North India, SAARC & ASEAN) Location: Mumbai, India Reporting To: CEO Experience: 20+ Years Mission Drive and scale company's revenue across West & North India, SAARC, and ASEAN by establishing a high-performance sales engine, deepening customer relationships, and expanding channel partnerships. OUTCOMES Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed an annual software invoicing target of $8M+ within the first 12 months. Ensure a sustainable 40%+ YoY growth across all regions. Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition: Secure at least 10 new enterprise customers per quarter. Expand company's footprint within the BFSI, and Large Enterprise segments. Channel & Partner Ecosystem Growth: Onboard and activate at least five high-impact channel partners in key markets. Drive 70%+ of revenue through the partner network. Sales Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional sales team. Implement a structured sales methodology with clear KPIs and execution plans. Strategic Account Management: Establish deep relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and decision-makers in the target industries. Increase company's share-of-wallet within existing key accounts by 2X in 12 months. COMPETENCIES (Must-Haves) 20+ years of industry experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure products. Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar software revenue. Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structuring. Strong C-level engagement skills. Mumbai-based and willing to travel extensively across the region. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Good-to-Have) Experience in selling VDI, ZTNA, or IAM solutions. Strong background in managing regional teams and scaling sales organizations. Expertise in working with a channel-driven sales model.
