Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Global Business Development, located in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Vice President will be responsible for spearheading international business development efforts, formulating sales strategies, and expanding the company's global market presence. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive company growth and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals. Qualifications International Business Development and International Sales skills Experience in Business Development and Sales Strong Negotiation skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus Experience in the healthcare export industry is highly desirable Show more Show less
