Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for solar panels, inverters, and other solar products . Establish strong dealer, distributor, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) networks for domestic and international markets. Identify and pursue sales opportunities in B2B, B2C, and government sectors . Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including solar developers, institutional clients, and government agencies . Conduct market research to identify demand, analyze competitors, and define pricing strategies. Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closures with clients. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets . Develop sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior leadership. Establish and implement KPIs to monitor sales performance and optimize team productivity. Engage with government agencies to leverage subsidies, net metering policies, and solar incentives for increased sales. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team as the company grows. Build and expand a dealer and distributor network across targeted regions . Define incentive structures and sales training programs to motivate and develop the sales team. Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies and promotional campaigns . Attend solar industry exhibitions, trade shows, and energy summits to generate business opportunities. Provide feedback on product improvements based on customer and market insights. Ensure compliance with government regulations, solar subsidies, and licensing requirements . Keep track of solar policies, net metering regulations, and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years in sales leadership roles , preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector . Strong understanding of solar energy markets, government policies, and incentive programs . Experience in building sales channels, dealer networks, and B2B partnerships . Prior experience selling to commercial, industrial, and residential customers . Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and drive business growth with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office Suite . Strong negotiation, team management, and interpersonal skills . Why Join Us?
