Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President Operations to oversee and streamline business operations across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership qualities and be fluent in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and English , enabling smooth communication with teams, vendors, and authorities across regions. Candidates currently residing in Bangalore or those willing to relocate to Bangalore are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple real estate projects including planning, execution, and handover Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery Monitor departmental performance and lead cross-functional coordination between construction, legal, sales, and procurement teams Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all projects Identify and eliminate operational risks or process bottlenecks Liaise with senior management for reporting and alignment of business goals Build and maintain vendor, government, and stakeholder relationships Drive implementation of digital tools and reporting systems for better tracking and transparency Recruit, mentor, and manage operational teams Key Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent project management and execution control Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and English is mandatory High-level understanding of real estate processes, land acquisition, legal, and RERA regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office, MIS, and project monitoring tools Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any relevant field (MBA preferred) Minimum 18+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure sector Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and teams
