Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Vice President of Real Estate Sales. The Vice President will be responsible for leading and managing the real estate sales team, overseeing all sales operations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, fostering relationships with clients and developers, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. Additionally, the Vice President will provide guidance on investment opportunities and manage due diligence processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Finance and Investments Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate markets Strong skills in Due Diligence processes Excellent leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to work on-site in Noida Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing sales operations Show more Show less
