This role will be responsible for driving large-scale business growth, developing key client relationships, and leading the sales team in the insurance broking space. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in IT, Auto, Steel Manufacturing, FMCG, and Textile sectors. 2. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and revenue targets. 3. Establish and maintain relationships with CXOs, key decision-makers, and industry influencers. 4. Work closely with the underwriting, operations, and compliance teams to enhance client satisfaction. 5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. 6. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to IRDAI guidelines. Requirements 1. 8-15 years of experience in corporate insurance sales, broking, or financial services. 2. Proven track record of scaling business and achieving revenue goals. 3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to build and maintain high-level corporate relationships. 5. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, risk management, and market trends.
