Job Summary We believe that a great Sales Specialist makes connections with customers and solves problems to create long-lasting relationships. This is a full-time remote role for a National Sales Specialist. You will be responsible for: Selling RFID labels & tags PAN India Developing & Managing channel partner network Take part in tenders via tender websites (GEM and others) Were looking for a self-starting/self-managed professional who comes into work each day to deploy marketing strategies that successfully bridge-the-gap between SIVAs products & customers. Reporting directly to top management, an ideal candidate should be an experienced professional specialising in B2B Sales. The objective is to have a candidate with RFID industry contacts, who can grow the channel partner network , promote SIVAs brand name further and have deal closure abilities via good negotiation skills to win projects via partners and direct tenders . Responsibilities and Duties Undertake sales activities of RFID labels & tags via channel partners and tender sites PAN India Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets Submission of MIS reports to management on regular basis. Keeping CRM updated Develop & manage channel partner network (RFID companies, IT companies, Auto-ID companies, banking & non-banking financial institutions and other institutional buyers) Conduct Webinars for channel partners to share updates, new product launches etc. Participate in trade fairs / exhibitions, networking with clients and maintaining healthy relations with key customers. Qualifications and Skills Presentable, intelligent, good at networking Self-starting/Self-managed very important. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Result oriented, good at negotiation and deal closing capability Prior experience of RFID Industry and having industry contacts Bachelors degree in Business or a related field 5+ years of experience in technical sales Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences Experience with international sales is a plus
