Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead our team as a Vice President in the National Capital Market, specifically in SaT-SaT - TCF - Lead Advisory-BrokerDealer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, and strategy verticals. ### Roles and Responsibility Build relationships with key corporate groups, lenders, financial sponsors, ARC’s, legal advisors, and other participants in the stressed assets space. Analyze financial and operational positioning of stressed corporates to proactively generate leads for opportunities. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and mandates in areas related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, debt restructuring across various sectors. Coordinate pitch presentations to obtain new mandates from lenders and investors. Lead execution of transactions, including day-to-day management and project management, while monitoring a team of Managers and Associates. Conduct business modeling and plan development, analyze new sector trends, and perform financial modeling and analysis. Coordinate and manage due diligence processes in transactions, working with legal advisors on transaction documentation including term sheets and definitive agreements. Stay updated on new developments in the profession, business, industry, and regulatory environment, including changes in Insolvency regulations and developments in restructuring. Monitor client creditworthiness, review operational and financial performance, cash flows, and suggest strategic options such as JV/partnerships, acquisitions, or divestitures. Collaborate with lenders, restructuring agencies, auditors, LIEs, valuation agencies, and coordinate/manage the financial, tax, commercial, and operational due diligence process in a transaction. Provide inputs for group business plans and future practice direction and evaluate economic and legal risks arising from engagements, consulting suitable risk management practices. ### Job Requirements MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with experience in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, and strategy verticals. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in Investment Banks, M&A teams of large Banks, NBFCs, or Insurance companies. Possess practical problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, positivity, adaptability, and creativity. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis, including information memorandum, financial models, presentations, resolution plans, and rectification/restructuring/SDR package-based business plans.
