Job Description Project Rockstar - Video Editor Reels & Shorts Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Company: Adda247 Employment Type: Full-Time (After 3-Month Training) Salary: 15,000 18,000 per month Training Stipend: 5,000 per month (with additional incentives after one month) About the Role Adda247 is looking for creative and detail-oriented Video Editors to join our team under Project Rockstar. This exclusive 3-month Earn & Learn training program is designed to develop skilled Reels & Shorts video editors. Top performers from the training will be offered full-time roles. Responsibilities Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with engaging transitions, effects, and storytelling. Work on live projects for Adda247s digital platforms. Optimize video content for high engagement and reach. Stay updated with the latest trends in short-form content. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to produce high-quality videos. Requirements Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. Passion for video editing, storytelling, and digital media. Strong creative and visual storytelling skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. No prior work experience required freshers and self-taught editors are welcome. Program Structure (3 Months) Month 1: Training on editing techniques (5,000 stipend). Months 2 & 3: On-the-job training with 5,000 + incentives. Full-Time Job Opportunity: Top performers will be hired at 15,000 18,000 per month. Work Location: Adda247s office, Lucknow. Lunch will be provided at a reasonable cost during training.
