We’re looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our dynamic content team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong portfolio of video projects and a deep understanding of short-form and long-form storytelling across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Spotify. Whether it’s creating high-impact reels, editing branded video content, or crafting podcast visuals, if you live and breathe visual storytelling, have an eye for trends, and are fluent in Adobe tools we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: • Edit engaging short-form videos, reels, and social media content • Post-produce podcasts with visually appealing overlays and transitions • Craft storytelling edits from raw footage, b-roll, and user-generated content • Apply motion graphics and text animation using After Effects • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams on campaign goals • Ensure content aligns with brand tone and platform trends • Manage feedback loops and implement revisions quickly and creatively • Knowledge of typography, color grading, and transitions What we are looking for : • Professional with hands-on video editing experience with a strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing creative storytelling and technical range • Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and either Final Cut Pro, Figma, or DaVinci Resolve • Strong understanding of color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual composition • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus • Familiarity with video formats, compression techniques, codecs, and industry standards • Working knowledge of videography basics – camera settings, lighting, and framing • Experience in animation or 3D editing tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is an added advantage • Deep understanding of social media video trends and formats — including Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and podcasts • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Strong communication and collaboration skills; thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media Arts, Film Production, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
