Role Overview: We are seeking a Video Editor cum Videographer with 3-8 years of experience to create compelling visual content for our real estate projects and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality videos and photos of various project sites, corporate events, and marketing materials. Experience operating drones for aerial footage will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Videography & Photography: Capture high-quality videos and photos of real estate properties, construction progress, and corporate events. Plan and execute on-site shoots for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Operate and maintain professional video, photo, and audio equipment. Drone Operation (if applicable): Capture aerial shots to enhance visual storytelling. Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit engaging videos for digital platforms , including YouTube, social media, and project presentations. Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, and special effects. Ensure color correction, sound design, and high-quality rendering. Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts , and other social media. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard video content. Produce 360 virtual tours and walkthrough videos for properties. Capture and compile time-lapse videos for construction milestones. Asset Management & Delivery: Manage and organize video, photo, and audio assets for easy access and archiving . Ensure timely delivery of edited content aligned with marketing and sales schedules. Maintain backup copies and ensure safe handling of all content. Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects . Expertise in photography and videography equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, etc.). Knowledge of color grading , sound editing, and post-production workflows. Experience operating drones (DJI or similar) is an added advantage. Creative & Operational Skills: Strong sense of visual storytelling and cinematic composition . Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots. Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and brand consistency. Preferred Knowledge: Experience in real estate videography showcasing properties, walkthroughs, and aerial views. Understanding of social media video formats and best practices for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Knowledge of 3D mapping or VR tours is a plus.
