Job Description: Video Editor Lead Experience Level: 1+ years Location: Noida Sec-63 (Hybrid Mode) About the role Proven experience in creating explainer videos, product demo videos, thought leadership/interview videos, and social media videos Format videos for different screen sizes and distribution channels Proactively suggest improvements to videos, scripts, and workflows during the whole video production process. Trimming footage, inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects, and ensuring the project follows a logical sequence. Edit and enhance raw footage into visually compelling and coherent videos that maintain brand consistency. Select and integrate appropriate sound effects, music, voiceovers, and animations to enhance the overall quality of the videos. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and engaging content Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices for maximizing viewership and engagement Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Skills 2+ years of prior relevant work experience as a Video Editor Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Big plus: Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing Mastery of the English language and a familiarity of English used in U.S. digital media BS degree in film studies, media, cinematography, or related field
