Responsibilities: Video Editing : Edit and assemble raw video footage, ensuring high-quality video content that aligns with the project's objectives. Storytelling : Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling narratives through video sequences and ensure effective communication of key messages. Post-Production : Enhance video and audio quality, apply color correction, add graphics, animations, and special effects as needed. Compliance : Ensure all video materials meet government standards, guidelines, and security protocols. Collaboration : Work closely with producers, scriptwriters, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Efficiency : Manage and organize media assets efficiently for streamlined editing workflows. Requirements: Experience : 1-2 years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills. Technical Skills : Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Creativity : Ability to think creatively, visualize concepts, and bring ideas to life through video editing. Attention to Detail : Keen eye for detail, color correction, audio synchronization, and the ability to maintain video quality. Communication : Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and project stakeholders. Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements. Government Project Experience (Preferred) : Prior experience working on government projects or familiarity with government regulations and security protocols is a plus.
