About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various digital platforms. 2. Ensure smooth execution of video shoots (including framing, lighting, and audio). 3. Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. 4. Create short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. 5. YouTube Channel Management: 6. Upload and optimize content on the YouTube channel with effective titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions. 7. Monitor analytics to understand performance and suggest content improvements. 8. Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes and content trends. 9. Create and schedule engaging posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 10. Bring up visual ideas and execute them to the shoot and editing. 11. Track post-performance and make data-driven content improvements. 12. Respond to audience comments, questions, and trends promptly. Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management. 2. Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.). 3. Hands-on experience with video equipment and basic production setup. 4. Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and other platform algorithms. 5. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. 6. Preferred Qualifications: 7. Bachelor's degree in media, mass communication, marketing, or a related field. 8. Portfolio of past video/social media work is a strong advantage.
