The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting engaging reels, editing our podcast, and delivering high-quality visual content across platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Shoot and edit Instagram reels and short-form content. 2. Edit long-form content including podcasts and YouTube videos. 3. Create graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets for videos. 4. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life. 5. Ensure consistent brand aesthetics and visual storytelling. Requirements: 1. 6-12 months of experience in video editing and graphic design. 2. Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro). 3. Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator). 4. Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics. 5. Strong sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling. 6. Ability to work on-site and meet quick turnaround deadlines.
