Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in video editing, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects or Final Cut Pro. The candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to edit raw footage into engaging Instagram Reels and short-format videos. Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into visually appealing and compelling Instagram Reels and short-format videos. Collaborate with the content team to understand the creative vision and objectives of each video project. Trim and arrange footage segments, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining the desired flow of the video. Add motion graphics, visual effects, and other elements to enhance the video's overall impact. Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, considering the specific requirements of each platform. Ensure high-quality output by reviewing and fine-tuning the videos for color grading, audio levels, and overall visual aesthetics. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects or Final Cut Pro. Strong technical skills in video editing, including trimming, sequencing, and adding effects/transitions. Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics. Familiarity with various video formats and platforms, especially Instagram Reels and short-format content. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Prior experience in UPSC coaching or related fields would be highly beneficial.
