Job Title: Video Editor – Social Media Campaigns Location: Mumbai-Borivali Experience: 2-5 Years Salary: As per Industry Standard Job Overview : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content team and play a key role in crafting engaging, high-impact videos for social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and a deep understanding of social media trends and platform requirements. Key Responsibilities : Edit high-quality, short-form and long-form videos for use across various social media platforms. Repurpose raw footage and existing content into engaging videos optimized for each social media channel. Add text overlays, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and music in line with the brand’s tone and guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute video concepts. Stay current with social media trends, formats, and best practices to ensure videos remain relevant and engaging. Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Organize and maintain a well-structured library of video assets. Qualifications: Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with a portfolio of social media content. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant video editing software. Solid understanding of various social media platforms and their video specifications and trends. Strong storytelling, pacing, and editing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication and time-management skills. [Bonus] Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus. Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in a video editing role focused on social media content. Background in marketing, communications, or digital media is a plus.
