We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager for our Video & Podcast Production Team working during the night shift . This role is perfect for someone who loves managing creative projects, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring clients receive top-notch podcast and video content. You will act as the main point of contact for clients during the production and publishing phasecoordinating between video editors, graphic designers, and website designers to deliver assets on time and at a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination & Communication English communication is must (Written and Verbal) Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients during the production cycle Understand client requirements, timelines, and brand expectations Host regular check-ins or updates with clients as needed Manage feedback loops and approval processes efficiently Project Management & Team Coordination Lead a team of video editors, graphic designers, and web designers Break down tasks and assign them with clear instructions and deadlines Review output (videos, graphics, websites) before client delivery Ensure branding, quality, and publishing timelines are met Use project tracking tools (e.g., Zoho, Trello) to manage task flow Podcast & Video Oversight Supervise the production of podcast episodes (audio and video) Ensure episodes are edited, branded, and published across YouTube and podcast platforms Guide the creation of social media clips and promotional assets Creative Asset Delivery Oversee the production of thumbnails, reels, short clips, websites, and show notes Collaborate with writers and designers to finalize assets Coordinate website creation for each podcast client as needed
