Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities · Conducts surprise regular inspections and existence of corruption or malpractices. · To ensure speedy processing of vigilance cases at all stages. · To ensure that charge-sheet, statement of imputations, lists of witness and documents etc. are carefully prepared and copies of all the documents relied upon and the statements of witnesses cited on behalf of the disciplinary authority are supplied wherever possible to the accused officer along with the charge-sheet. · To ensure that all documents required to be forwarded to the Inquiring Officer are carefully sorted out and sent promptly intime. · To ensure that there is no delay in the case filling process. · Should manage a Zone for the Vigilance department. · Manage a team of field investigation officers including police consultants · Constant review all the open cases & facilitate fraud loss recovery follow up across Retail products. · Building strong network with Law Enforcement agencies and provide extensive support to the organisation& staff in liaison with the police. · Timely submission of Vigilance reports to the higher authorities as per timelines. · New measures to improve investigation competency and detect fraud.
